Project Manager (2 Years Contract)

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead project feasibility assessments and ensure adherence to technical standards. This position presents an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform feasibility assessments for a variety of projects and secure necessary quotes and funding approvals. Offer technical support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with applicable authority regulations and established standards. Oversee construction phases and conduct inspections upon project completion. Create detailed reports outlining the work completed. Assume any additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Building/Project Management or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in project management is required. Knowledge of the process for submitting building plans to local authorities for approval is essential. Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, demonstrate resourcefulness, and thrive with minimal supervision. Strong team collaborator with outstanding organizational skills. Standard work schedule is a 5-day work week.
