To further enhance its Operational Risk capabilities, the organization seeks to appoint a seasoned professional to its Singapore team.

Job Description

• Oversee and improve the Operational Risk framework related to investment, treasury, and payment activities.
• Perform risk assessments, control evaluations, RCSAs, KRIs, and continuous monitoring of critical operational processes.
• Evaluate operational risks associated with payment activities, including transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, and relevant controls.
• Identify control deficiencies, propose actionable enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement remediation initiatives.
• Offer Operational Risk guidance across investment and operational sectors while fostering ongoing improvements in the overall risk and control landscape.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 8 years of pertinent Operational Risk experience in asset management, investment management, family offices, or a closely related investment setting.
• Extensive experience in assessing operational risks and controls in payment operations, transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of investment operations, treasury functions, and the related operational risk and control environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the capability to work autonomously, take ownership, and collaborate effectively across investment, finance, treasury, and operational teams.
