Automation Software Engineer (Urgent/manufacturing)
Job Description
Primary Duties
Design and improve PC-based software for automated machinery, primarily utilizing Visual C#.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing software for machines and legacy systems.
Integrate and provide support for PLCs, motion control systems, actuators, and vision technologies.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and convert them into technical documentation.
Assist with machine commissioning, debugging, and troubleshooting on-site at customer facilities.
Create software documentation and user manuals.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of experience in industrial automation, machine development, or equipment engineering.
Expertise in Visual C# and PC-based programming.
Strong troubleshooting abilities, problem-solving skills, and practical engineering experience.
Open to learning new technologies and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
