Requirements

• Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30/9 AM to 6 PM
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
• Ideally possess 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of adhering to established procedures.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Team-oriented with strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and process incoming goods, cartons, records, and materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Manage physical records, files, and media securely, adhering to strict chain-of-custody and security procedures.
• Sort, store, and organize products or documents in their assigned warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory checks, cycle counts, and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
• Operate warehouse equipment (including trolleys, pallet jacks, and scanners; training will be provided).
• Prepare items for secure destruction or disposal as needed.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments while ensuring safe handling practices.
• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse, adhere to safety standards, and comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Help with stock replenishment, rotation, and accurate stock reporting.
