Warehouse Supervisor

• Oversee daily warehouse functions, encompassing inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and ensuring stock accuracy.
• Inspire, train, and guide warehouse staff to meet productivity, quality, and safety benchmarks.
• Optimize workforce distribution, uphold 5S standards and safety protocols, and swiftly address operational challenges.
• Perform cycle counts, assist in stock reconciliation, and liaise with logistics, procurement, and retail teams to facilitate effective order fulfillment.
• Implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and minimize operational expenses.
• Accurately and promptly prepare and sustain daily operational reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position preferred.
• Proficient in WMS systems and inventory handling practices; possession of a forklift license is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of excelling in a high-paced environment and willing to work shifts as necessary.
