Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the HR Business Partnering function while driving HR project initiatives forward.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with HR Business Partners to provide daily support to primary stakeholders throughout the organization
• Assisting in employee relations tasks, which encompass document preparation and meeting scheduling
• Engaging in workforce planning activities, delivering strategic insights and support for staffing requirements
• Gathering, analyzing, and presenting data that aids in decision-making regarding workforce trends
• Supporting the rollout and execution of significant HR projects that align with business objectives
• Creating and maintaining dashboards for essential HR metrics using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across various HR platforms

Your Profile

We are looking for passionate candidates who possess the following skills and characteristics:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a similar discipline
• Understanding of HR processes including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Foundational knowledge of HR systems and analytical tools (e.g., Workday, Tableau, or Power BI)
• Experience or a keen interest in managing projects with quantifiable outcomes
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting) for data organization and analysis
• Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations
