Salary Range: $1,600 - $2,600/month (dependent on experience)

Shift Premium:

Day Shift: +$5/day

Night Shift: +$15/day

Quarterly Performance Bonuses

 Working Hours:

 Monday – Friday

 8-Hour Rotating Shifts (every 3 months)

Shift Schedule:

 AM Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

 PM Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional/system tests and leak assessments on products

• Detect faults and perform necessary rework

• Assist in the development of manufacturing/test team capabilities (TTS)

• Record troubleshooting techniques and compile technical/coaching documentation

• Engage in continuous improvement projects

• Propose enhancements to productivity, quality, and safety

• Ensure effective handover to the following shift

• Aid engineers in troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Report unresolved issues or irregularities for further action

• Mentor new employees through the Buddy System

• Uphold cleanliness, manufacturing protocols, and cleanroom standards

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

 Experience Requirements:

• Ability to interpret electrical/mechanical schematics

• Willingness to work rotating shifts and perform overtime when necessary

• Capable of lifting heavy items up to 20kg

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting with personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Responsible, motivated, and dedicated

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

 Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Professional Certificate / SPM or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector preferred

• Experience in cleanroom or chemical handling is a plus

• Attention to detail and effective communication skills

• Ability to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Basic computer proficiency

• Practical experience in equipment manufacturing and troubleshooting

• Strong analytical problem-solving and statistical evaluation skills

• Capacity to work methodically under pressure and tight schedules

• Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision
