Sr.Functional Analyst (ISG)

Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed functional analysis of laboratory processes to design Empower and CoreLIMS solutions that enhance data reliability and operational efficiency within regulated environments.
• Convert complex business requirements into clear, testable functional specifications for Empower and CoreLIMS configurations to ensure consistent, compliant laboratory data management.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to review and validate system requirements, confirming that Empower and CoreLIMS capabilities meet quality, regulatory, and productivity objectives.
• Direct end-to-end solution design for Empower chromatographic workflows and CoreLIMS sample lifecycle management, promoting standardized practices aligned with global quality strategies.
• Manage configuration, enhancements, and optimization of Empower and CoreLIMS modules, with an emphasis on usability improvements that enable laboratory personnel to complete tasks accurately and safely.
• Perform impact analysis for planned Empower and CoreLIMS changes, evaluating effects on data integrity, reporting, and audit readiness to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Create complete functional test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring Empower and CoreLIMS solutions operate reliably during day shift operations.
• Deliver expert functional support for incident resolution and change requests related to Empower and CoreLIMS, reducing downtime and sustaining continuity for critical laboratory activities.
• Work closely with validation teams to support documentation, testing evidence, and traceability for Empower and CoreLIMS changes, strengthening inspection readiness and quality assurance.
• Produce clear user guidance and functional documentation for Empower and CoreLIMS workflows, helping laboratory teams adopt new capabilities with confidence and minimizing training effort.
• Collaborate with data and quality stakeholders to uncover opportunities where Empower and CoreLIMS can support advanced analytics and continuous improvement across scientific and manufacturing outcomes.
• Track system usage patterns and feedback to recommend functional enhancements in Empower and CoreLIMS that support the company mission of delivering high-quality products that positively impact society.
• Enable hybrid work collaboration by leveraging digital tools to maintain transparent communication regarding Empower and CoreLIMS initiatives, ensuring consistent progress without travel requirements.
