About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Software Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience to become a valuable member of our engineering team. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications and services. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including product managers, QA specialists, and senior engineers—will be key to delivering high-quality code and enhancing our core platform. Key Responsibilities • Design & Development: Create clean, efficient, and well-documented code to build and improve software features utilizing contemporary programming languages and frameworks. • Software Lifecycle: Engage in the complete software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis and technical design to deployment and ongoing maintenance. • Testing & Debugging: Develop unit and integration tests, troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, and rectify application bugs. • Collaboration: Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps/Infrastructure) within an Agile/Scrum framework. • Performance & Scalability: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize both code and database queries. • Mentorship & Documentation: Support and mentor junior developers while keeping technical documentation current. Required Qualifications & Technical Skills • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in software development. • Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in a minimum of two core languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or C++). • Frontend / Backend / Full-Stack Tech Stack: • Familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, or Django).
