Analysis and Transfer of Business Requirements

• Translate high-level business requirements and processes into actionable technical plans
• Establish clear deliverables including Epics, user stories, and process flowcharts
• Identify and resolve pain points through effective communication with stakeholders

Design of System Processes and Solutions

• Conduct end-to-end process mapping, including current and future state analysis and gap assessment
• Create scalable solutions for integration across systems (ERP/CRM/data platforms)
• Validate prototypes using tools such as Figma and Axure

Delivery Focused on Agile Principles

• Manage backlog prioritization using an agile framework
• Implement sprint-driven development with cycles lasting 2-3 weeks

Essential Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on complex system solutions
• Expertise in JIRA/Confluence (for backlog refinement), Visio/PPT (for process design and presentations), and SQL
• Fluent in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
