Personal Banker - Klang Valley

Ambank Group is seeking a Personal Banker to support our clients in managing their bank accounts and financial affairs. This sales-oriented role involves achieving sales targets for deposit accounts, bancassurance, unit trusts, and lending products by fostering long-term relationships with clients and effectively cross-selling our offerings. Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for deposit accounts, bancassurance, unit trusts, and lending products
• Assess customer needs and deliver tailored financial solutions
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding branch products and services, and provide feedback
• Implement sales and service strategies in compliance with internal and external policies, guidelines, and regulations
• Develop and sustain business relationships with both existing and prospective customers to promote customer loyalty and cross-selling opportunities
• Coordinate sales activities with the Branch Manager
• Adhere to Ambank's policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or a related field
• Open to Fresh Graduates.
• Possession of PCE / CEILLI / TBE / FIMM certifications will be considered an advantage.
