As a Back-End Developer on our Software Engineering team, your primary focus will be on the design and development of essential enterprise solutions as well as various customer application projects. Operating with the agility of a start-up and the robust support of Accenture and the Microsoft Platform, you will engage with a dynamic development community dedicated to turning creative ideas into impactful results for top organizations worldwide. Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze user/system requirements for design specifications.
• Design and develop applications adhering to both functional and technical programming standards.
• Create system specifications and interfaces for intricate components.
• Produce operational documentation for applications.
• Serve as the primary support for deploying application releases to production environments.
• Ensure application maintenance complies with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Engage throughout the Service Delivery Lifecycle to engineer solutions for new system implementations, significant/minor updates, and the ongoing upkeep of existing applications.
• Analyze, design, develop, and/or test new components or enhancements to current modules.

Job Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in .NET, C, or VB.NET (skills within the .NET framework)
• Experience with SQL Server or similar data management technologies
• Familiarity with HTML and JSP/ASP is a plus
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle
• Extensive knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, and Database Management Systems (DBMS).
