Financial Controller

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the controlling, reporting, and forecasting for corporate functions across designated countries or regions.
• Actively assist in the performance management of the respective corporate functions.
• Conduct independent analysis of financial planning and forecasting for the relevant corporate functions, interpreting any variances.
• Prepare ad hoc reports, conduct analyses, and perform profitability or efficiency calculations as needed.
• Generate and analyze financial reports while routinely managing closing processes.
• Execute cost control and optimization initiatives, serving as the point of contact for regional matters.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, or business informatics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling.
• Proficient in reporting tools and processes, particularly SAP, ESPRIT, Microsoft Office, and Think Cell.
• Possess strong analytical abilities, a results-driven mindset, and uphold high-quality standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate within a team, along with intercultural experience.
• Exhibit a proactive attitude, ensuring high-quality deliverables while focusing on achieving objectives.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
