Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to become part of our TechX team within the Software Delivery Accelerator (SDA) Domain. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to launch their software engineering careers by engaging with enterprise-level cloud-native applications and platforms.

The chosen candidates will work alongside seasoned engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and implement scalable, secure, and robust software solutions. You will receive practical experience with cutting-edge development technologies, agile methodologies, cloud solutions, and DevOps practices.

Primary Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.
• Produce scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.
• Engage in code reviews and adhere to coding best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Agile Delivery

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business, QA, and Infrastructure.
• Support project delivery timelines and sprint goals.

DevOps & Quality Engineering

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Learn and implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Support application troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Engage in innovation initiatives and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

Governance & Compliance

• Adhere to secure coding standards and software engineering best practices.
• Comply with organizational security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Proactively escalate risks, issues, and concerns.
