Key Responsibilities

• Execute client evaluations and oversee the intake process. Document case notes and social reports while ensuring that records and databases are accurately maintained and regularly updated. Aid in the organization and implementation of workshops for families and community outreach events. Carry out administrative duties related to case management and program operations, including the collection and analysis of data. Oversee the planning and execution of activities spearheaded by volunteers.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Sociology, or a comparable field. Relevant experience in social services, community and family work, case management, and volunteer management is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for engaging with diverse client populations. A compassionate, non-judgmental, and culturally aware approach when interacting with individuals and families. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and time management capabilities.
