Sales & Project Executive - Retail & Interior Solutions

Job Overview:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and our creative/production teams — ensure a comprehensive understanding of project objectives and alignment among all parties.
• Manage and lead the execution of various projects from inception to completion — including campaigns, office renovations, retail identity rollouts, and additional initiatives.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to guarantee seamless delivery.
• Anticipate challenges, identify risks at an early stage, and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and management — providing regular updates on progress and status reports.
• Prepare critical project documentation (quotations, SLAs, NDAs, execution plans, and more).
• Conduct debrief sessions and document insights after each project to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Remain informed on the latest trends in design, technology, and retail.

Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, client servicing, or project management — ideally within design & build, events, or retail solutions.
• Enthusiastic about promoting ideas and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Extremely organized, detail-focused, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
• Self-assured and composed in a fast-paced, client-interactive setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, along with basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Possess own transportation and be open to travel.
