Programme Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Program Manager to oversee the implementation of cutting-edge Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) projects. This position requires managing intricate, cross-disciplinary programs from initial concept through to launch, emphasizing the delivery of impactful, customer-oriented features. The successful candidate will excel in dynamic environments, adeptly navigating uncertainty and demonstrating a strong commitment to developing scalable, intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of ML and GenAI programs, encompassing planning, execution, and launch phases.
• Establish program scope, collect requirements, manage timelines, and allocate resources across several simultaneous projects.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering.
• Relay program progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at every level.
• Achieve successful results through proactive risk management and hands-on leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in program or technical product management within the ML and GenAI sectors.
• 5+ years of experience in managing software development projects from conception to delivery.
