Product Engineer

We are seeking a Product Engineer to deliver engineering support for RF, Mixed Signal, and Digital products throughout the product development and production lifecycle. This position will emphasize product debugging, reliability assessment, yield improvement, production initiation, and test optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering assistance for RF, Mixed Signal, and Digital products from the development phase to production launch.
• Collaborate closely with Test Engineering and Production Support teams to facilitate product debugging, reliability assessment, and yield enhancement efforts.
• Engage with Product Test Engineering teams and provide updates on technical product status to management.
• Interact with customers to define product testing and production release specifications.
• Coordinate with foundries and test subcontractors/SAT houses to address production challenges.
• Generate comprehensive status reports at each stage of the product lifecycle.
• Assist in the generation of test limits/guard bands, correlation, and yield summary reporting.
• Promote yield enhancement, reduction of test time, and improvement of retest rates during production scaling.
• Facilitate data analysis and technical investigations to enhance product and production efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Product Engineering or Test Engineering.
• Preferred experience with foundry processes.
• Solid understanding of testing concepts for Digital, Mixed Signal, and RF products.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE is a plus.
• Good understanding of statistics and data mining techniques.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools such as JMP, CEDA, or DataPower is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Optimal Plus or similar production data analysis tools is beneficial.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Java, or VBA is a plus.
• Experience in automating reporting processes is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
