Chemical Cleaning Technician

Primary Duties

• Execute the cleaning of components utilizing approved solvents (such as IPA) and established methods
• Perform manual scrubbing, polishing, and detailing of parts with suitable tools and materials
• Prepare and package components in a cleanroom setting for distribution
• Assist in the masking of parts for procedures including bead-blasting
• Operate within chemical wet bench areas while adhering to safety protocols during cleaning processes
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure that parts comply with quality standards throughout the cleaning stages
• Document and update production information in spreadsheets
• Adhere to quality assurance protocols and identify any discrepancies from established standards
• Maintain organized workspaces (6S) and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Assist with general maintenance and perform various operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent certification
• Preferred experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing setting
• Basic understanding of chemical handling is advantageous
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual labor
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating or permanent shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive demeanor with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: up to $2,200 (Based on experience)
• Allowances: $5 daily shift allowance
• Bonuses: AWS + Quarterly Profit-Sharing + Sign-on Bonus of $2,000
