Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented IT Technical Recruiter to facilitate comprehensive technology recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both clients and candidates, overseeing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and the overall recruitment process to ensure a seamless and positive hiring journey.

Primary Duties

• Oversee the full cycle of IT recruitment for a variety of technical roles
• Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, databases, and professional networking
• Facilitate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct telephonic and video interviews to evaluate candidate fit
• Partner with clients to gain a clear understanding of their hiring needs and provide recruitment assistance
• Execute reference checks, background screenings, and manage candidate documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Assist with recruitment administration and reporting tasks
• Offer career counseling and recruitment advice to candidates

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
• CEI certification is a beneficial addition
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of IT recruitment
• Proficient with job portals, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, target-oriented environment
