Information Security Analyst

Core Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Operations & Surveillance

• Oversee security alerts and incidents through SIEM and security monitoring tools
• Conduct investigations and provide responses to cybersecurity threats and breaches
• Assist in vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts
• Help implement endpoint and network security measures across regional offices

Infrastructure & Network Management

• Facilitate the daily management of enterprise IT and network infrastructure
• Ensure network and security configurations are maintained for system reliability and compliance
• Resolve infrastructure and connectivity challenges within corporate settings
• Engage in projects aimed at enhancing infrastructure and improving security

Project & Regional Assistance

• Contribute to regional IT security projects and deployment initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various countries and teams
• Assist in documentation, operational tasks, and other assigned responsibilities
• Some regional travel may be necessary for project support or implementation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Networking, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in network administration or cybersecurity operations
• Knowledge of SIEM monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management practices
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving within network and security contexts
• Able to perform well both independently and as part of a team
• Effective communicator with users and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and regions
• Strong sense of accountability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
