Our client, a prestigious main contracting firm, is seeking a high-achieving individual to join their team as a Senior M&E Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure initiatives, including feasibility studies, design, budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to assess designs and value engineering proposals.
• Assist in sourcing, evaluating tenders, and the selection of consultants and contractors.
• Examine M&E designs, shop drawings, and proposals to ensure compliance, functionality, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead value engineering efforts to enhance project results and profitability.
• Manage project execution, budgets, defects, and long-term asset replacement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or a related discipline).
• Extensive experience in MEP construction planning, equipment installation, and project management.
• Thorough knowledge of MEP systems, construction technologies, and quality/safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and collaborate effectively with consultants and contractors.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
• Commercially aware with a strong emphasis on cost, quality, and productivity.

Additional Information

• Location: East
• Working hours: 5 Days a week
• Salary: Up to S$11,000 plus Bonus (Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications)
