Job Description
- Effectively strategize and oversee logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer service functions.
- Monitor stock levels, delivery schedules, transportation expenses, and essential documentation such as Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Address and resolve issues related to warehouse operations, transportation, logistics manpower distribution, and delivery challenges.
- Collaborate proactively with various departments to enhance efficiencies and align expectations.
- Optimize space utilization within the warehouse.
- Conduct stock management to ensure that physical inventory aligns accurately with system records.
- Oversee and manage the entire warehouse and logistics workflow, including receiving, order picking, delivery, market returns, and monthly inventory counts.
Requirements:
- Candidates must hold at least an SPM qualification.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a valuable asset.
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
- Must be prepared to work in Kempas Lama, JB.
