Project Development Executive (Well-known MNC Food Manufacturer)

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to guarantee effective communication and alignment on projects.
• Oversee project timelines, drive schedules, and collaborate with OEMs, Sales, R&D, QA, Planning, and Procurement teams.
• Facilitate the new product development process from specification validation to feedback collection and proposal for improvements.
• Lead product enhancement initiatives while ensuring consistent delivery.
• Draft quotations and solutions that meet client requirements and align with company capabilities; support commercial negotiations.
• Identify and address project risks such as delays or quality issues.
• Keep project documentation and records organized and up to date.
• Engage in follow-up communications with clients to reinforce relationships and gather valuable feedback.
• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities to inform sales and innovation strategies.
• Carry out additional tasks related to projects and client management as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Proficiency in Mandarin (to communicate with management in China)
• Must be open to working in Senai (close to the airport)
