IT Executive

• Provide technical support and assistance for incoming inquiries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware, including diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues such as network connectivity problems.
• Hardware and Software Maintenance - Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, printers, and other hardware devices. Install and upgrade software applications to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
• Network Administration – Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems and security concerns.
• User Training - Conduct training sessions for end-users on the effective use of hardware, software, and various IT resources. Develop documentation and manuals to help users independently resolve common issues.
• Security and Data Protection - Implement and uphold security measures to safeguard computer systems, networks, and sensitive data.
• System Upgrades and Migration - Plan and carry out system upgrades, including operating systems and software applications. Support data migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as an IT Technician or in a comparable role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software applications.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
