Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing / Tebrau)

• Conduct time studies on production processes and gather data to assess capacity for each machine and process.
• Oversee the time standard catalog and compute performance efficiency metrics.
• Create and maintain the Bill of Materials and Routing in SAP in accordance with construction guidelines and time study results for every process.
• Collaborate with the Human Labor Management Manager and Assistant Manager to standardize workplace layouts by engaging with operators and considering ergonomic and technological factors.
• Continuously evaluate production data to uncover trends and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Engage with engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure cohesive production processes and standards.
• Offer training and support to staff regarding new procedures, tools, or technologies implemented as part of process enhancements.
• Conduct root cause analyses for production challenges to formulate corrective measures and prevent future occurrences.
• Compile and deliver reports on performance metrics and improvement strategies to management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of pertinent work experience.
• Familiarity with SAP and REFA is a plus.
• Experience in time studies, capacity planning, and production analysis.
• Willingness to work in Tebrau.
