We are currently seeking Customer Service Executives for a prominent International BPO & MNC, offering both Voice and Non-Voice processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for HSC/Graduate Freshers to embark on a career in the BPO sector and MNC.

Desired Qualifications:

Individuals must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

Minimum Education Requirement – HSC.

Candidates should be willing to work rotational night shifts and in-office.

All personal, academic, and professional documentation is required.

Vaccination is a prerequisite.

Age Requirement – 18 to 40 years.

Job Location – Mumbai (Areas: Malad, Powai, Thane & Airoli).

Job Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls and chats.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Details:

5 working days with 2 rotational days off.

Company-provided transportation.

Experienced candidates may receive competitive salary packages.

Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹44,000 (in hand).

Variable incentives available after 1 month of training.
