Position: Customer Service Executive – International Voice

Location: Throughout Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹60,000 per month

(Dependent on experience, process, and interview performance)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with international clients

• Address customer inquiries with professionalism

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Uphold quality and productivity standards

• Accurately update customer information in the system

Eligibility

HSC / Graduate

Strong English communication skills

Basic computer literacy

Willingness to work in UK/US/AUS shifts

Both freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the process
