Position: Customer Service Executive – Global Voice
Location: Throughout Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹60,000 per month
(Dependent on experience, process, and interview results)

UK Shift
US Shift
Australian Shift
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with international clients
• Address customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Uphold quality and productivity benchmarks
• Accurately update customer records in the system
Qualifications
HSC / Graduate
Strong English communication abilities
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work in UK/US/AUS shifts
