Eligibility & Requirements:

• Any Graduate.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Exit Management.
• Experience in managing 500+ Background Verification (BGV) cases.
• Experience in BGV vendor management and coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Data Analytics.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise BGV processes.
• Coordinate with BGV vendors.
• Ensure timely completion of verification cases.
• Perform Exit Management activities and maintain associated data and reports.
