Position: Customer Service Executive – International Voice

Location: Throughout Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹60,000 per month

(Determined by experience, process, and interview performance)

UK Shift

US Shift

Australian Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with international clients

• Professionally address customer inquiries

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Uphold quality and productivity benchmarks

• Accurately update customer information in the database

Qualifications

HSC / Graduate

Strong English communication abilities

Basic computer proficiency

Willingness to work in UK/US/AUS shifts

Both freshers and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply, based on the process
