Job Title: Customer Service Executive – International Voice

Location: Throughout Mumbai

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹60,000 per month

(Dependent on experience, process, and interview outcomes)

UK Shift

US Shift

Australian Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls with international clientele

• Address customer inquiries in a professional manner

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Uphold quality and productivity benchmarks

• Accurately input customer data into the system

Eligibility Criteria

HSC / Graduate

Strong English communication skills

Fundamental computer proficiency

Willingness to work in UK/US/AUS shifts

Both fresh graduates and experienced individuals may apply, as per the process requirements
