About the Role

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven Fresh Graduates to become part of our AI & Machine Learning Engineering team, collaborating with a prominent global Wealth Management firm. This position presents a thrilling opportunity to engage with advanced Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions that revolutionize the interaction between financial institutions and data, knowledge, and clients.

As a member of the AI/ML Engineering team, you will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of groundbreaking AI solutions, which include Natural Language Processing (NLP), Semantic Search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), and Foundation Models utilizing proprietary enterprise data.

You will receive structured training and collaborate with seasoned AI engineers, data scientists, and domain specialists to create enterprise-grade AI solutions tailored for Wealth Management applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models to solve real-world business challenges.
• Enhance and develop Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions, including Semantic Search and intelligent knowledge retrieval systems.
• Create and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications that leverage enterprise knowledge sources.
• Contribute to the creation of Foundation Models and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions based on proprietary business data.
• Enhance Agentic AI solutions using contemporary AI orchestration frameworks.
• Engage in the development of Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based integrations and AI services.
• Assist in the implementation of scalable MLOps pipelines for automated deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven products and services.
• Analyze intricate datasets and devise data-driven solutions to meet business needs.
• Participate in the evaluation of AI models, performance optimization, testing, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Contribute to AI governance, responsible AI practices, and initiatives for model reliability.

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong educational foundation with a keen interest in AI, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
