Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Duties

• Oversee the coordination of cross-departmental project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Enhance communication between stakeholders to guarantee project coherence and timely execution.

Performance Assessment

• Track and analyze the performance of teams and vendors against set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Compile and deliver performance analysis reports to leadership.
• Assist in the rollout of initiatives aimed at performance enhancement.
• Gather and evaluate feedback for process improvement.

Governance of In Transit System Purchase Orders

• Examine and confirm the accuracy and compliance of in transit Purchase Orders (POs).

Our operational domains encompass:

• Global Outsourced Operations, Logistics and Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Energy Storage, along with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Digital Transformation.

Candidate Profile

• As a contributor to the advancement of the next generation of Dyson technology, you should be:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field, and be in your second-to-last year of study.
• Able to showcase your application of technical knowledge and skills (including financial, analytical, and numerical abilities) to address challenges, demonstrated through academic projects or previous internship experiences.
• Dedicated to gaining insights into the global supply chain and the operational aspects of our business.
• Willing to establish your own professional networks to collaborate and gain knowledge from industry experts.
• Articulate and professional, ready to engage actively in discussions.
• Enthusiastic about Dyson and our innovations to assist in achieving our ambitious future objectives.
