Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Contract Duration: 1 Year, with the possibility of extension

Work Mode: On-site (Chulan Tower, Level 13, No. 3 Jalan Conlay, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer support, coordinate with merchants, address inquiries, and facilitate effective communication with customers.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to enhancing the Customer Allegiance Score (CAS).

Exhibit curiosity and embrace ongoing process improvements.

Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts (24/7)
