Gen AI Engineer

We are seeking a talented professional to design and develop software products tailored to the requirements of Artificial Intelligence solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams and business stakeholders to gather insights into diverse business use cases, translating them into technical specifications for software development. Your responsibilities will extend to building and testing the software to ensure it functions effectively as a market-ready product.

Your key responsibilities will include:

 Developing innovative technology that positions bolttech as a market leader with a distinct value proposition.

 Ensuring the prompt delivery of proof of concepts and prototypes, with a focus on rapid time-to-market for MVP features.

 Applying Agile and Lean methodologies to expedite the delivery of essential features.

 Continuously exploring and researching new technical capabilities and solutions for potential implementation.

 Designing, enhancing, and maintaining AI solutions.

 Documenting and detailing the technical design and construction of the finalized product.

 Providing production support for the platform, addressing incidents raised, and promptly resolving identified defects.

 Integrating GenAI capabilities into the platform and solutions to ensure future-proofing.

 Guaranteeing that the developed application/platform is scalable and maintainable at a multi-tenant/international enterprise production level.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

 Proficiency in AWS technology stacks and services, with familiarity in other cloud providers being advantageous.

 Experience in building applications utilizing AWS services such as Connect, S3, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, EC2, AWS Lambda, AppSync, Kinesis, Lex, Polly, Transcribe, ECS, EKS (desirable), ECR, etc.

 Expertise in developing Serverless Architecture solutions using Docker, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and Microservice Architecture.

 Knowledge of Networking concepts including VPC, Ingress, Egress, Security Groups, and Load Balancers.

 Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or similar are a plus.

 Extensive experience with Node.js, ReactJS, NextJS, Typescript, and MERN equivalent stacks.

 Familiarity with WebRTC is an advantage.

 Experience in Contact Center environments is a plus.

 Experience in developing GenAI applications with a solid understanding of concepts like Context, Token, Completions, Temperature, RAG, Hallucination, etc.

 Proficiency in working with LangChain, LangGraph, and Python.

 Strong experience with Google ADK is highly desirable.

 Experience with Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, and Speech-to-Speech technologies is a plus.

 Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.

 Experience with CI/CD tools like BitBucket pipeline.

 Proficient in Unit Testing tools such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.

 Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

 Understanding of source code repositories and branching strategies in Git, along with experience using tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and BitBucket.

 Working knowledge of Agile and/or Lean methodologies, complemented by familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint.

 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
