JML Business Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to oversee business analysis efforts related to global Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes. This position will collaborate closely with HR, IT, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to implement process enhancements, digital transformation projects, and technological solutions that improve employee lifecycle management.
The selected candidate will spearhead requirements gathering, process standardization, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of comprehensive JML solutions across the enterprise, all while ensuring adherence to compliance, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews across HR, IT, Security, and Business functions.
• Examine and document end-to-end JML business workflows and processes.
• Convert business requirements into comprehensive user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and impact evaluations.
• Ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives.
JML Process Transformation
• Lead the standardization and optimization of onboarding, employee transitions, and offboarding processes.
• Identify potential for automation and self-service functionalities.
• Support global transformation initiatives centered on workforce lifecycle management.
• Outline future-state processes and operational models.
Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and technical teams.
• Collaborate effectively with Business, End Markets, IT Stakeholders, BAU Teams, etc.
• Manage expectations of senior stakeholders and facilitate the decision-making process.
• Deliver recommendations, business cases, and progress reports to leadership.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for JML operations.
• Evaluate operational performance and pinpoint areas for process improvement.
• Create executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives throughout employee lifecycle processes.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis within large enterprise settings.
• Extensive experience in supporting Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
• Experience collaborating with global HR and IT stakeholders.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and solution design.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation capabilities.
• Proficiency in the following tools:
o Service Now
o Saviynt
