Executive Technical Support (English & Indonesia Language Support)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls and digital inquiries to assist customers and clients with technical issues related to everyday computing devices, such as desktops, laptops, tablets, and other related technology.
• Identify the underlying issue and provide a technical solution during the interaction or arrange for further service as necessary.
• Manage cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely follow-ups and keeping customers informed about the progress of their cases.
• Consistently aim to meet and surpass customer expectations and requirements.
• Stay updated on new processes and product releases by reviewing updates, studying product information, and engaging in team meetings, training sessions, forums, and discussions.
• Offer constructive feedback to Team Leaders and the Customer Care Manager regarding areas for improvement.
• Exhibit the necessary maturity to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Expected to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Required Skills:

• A Degree or Diploma qualification is preferred.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Indonesian – reading, writing, and speaking.
• Recent graduates with experience in managing computers, laptops, or technical issues are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with the hardware and technology of desktops, laptops, and tablets.
• Technical proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suites.
• Strong commitment to teamwork, with the ability to share expertise and follow leadership guidance when appropriate.

Compensation Package:

• Competitive Salary (RM3,000 – RM4,000).
