**Position Summary**

As a hands-on engineer, you will be responsible for the automation, engineering, and migration of essential enterprise IP services. Your role will focus on spearheading load balancing infrastructure initiatives (transitioning from F5 to VM and automating NGINX) while managing core DDI services (Infoblox) within high-performance networking environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Load Balancing & Application Delivery:** Engineer, configure, and oversee F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM) environments, taking the lead on virtual machine (VM) migration projects.

* **NGINX Scripting & Automation:** Create and maintain tailored NGINX configurations, Lua/iRules scripting, and traffic management protocols to optimize modern application delivery.

* **DDI Management:** Oversee complete Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management) architectures, including automation processes and troubleshooting efforts.

* **Network Integration:** Seamlessly integrate IP services into enterprise routing and switching frameworks to guarantee high availability and enhanced security.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* **3+ years** of direct experience in enterprise networking, with a strong emphasis on IP Services and Application Delivery.

* **F5 Proficiency:** Hands-on expertise with F5 BIG-IP administration, problem-solving, and **F5 physical-to-virtual (VM) migrations**.

* **NGINX & Scripting Skills:** Demonstrated experience in programming/scripting with NGINX, crafting custom traffic scripts (iRules, Lua, Python, or Shell), and automating deployment processes.

* **Infoblox / DDI Knowledge:** Practical, hands-on experience in managing operational environments for Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.

* **Networking Fundamentals:** Strong foundational knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs).

**Preferred Certifications**

* F5 Certified Technology Specialist (F5-CTS / LTM / GTM)

* Infoblox Core Certified Administrator (ICCA) / Advanced Engineer (ICAE)

* Cisco CCNP (Enterprise or Data Center)
