Position Overview

We are looking for an Analyst to join our Enablement Support & Operations team in Southeast Asia. In this role, you will provide critical support to the enablement team through data analysis, project coordination, and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the enablement team in the execution of operational projects and initiatives.
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends and insights that aid in business decision-making.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure consistency in operational processes.
• Help develop and implement training materials and programs.
• Offer administrative support to the enablement team, which includes scheduling meetings and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
