React Native developer

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Applicants should have a minimum of 8–10 years of experience in mobile application development, ideally within a commercial, service-oriented technology vendor, banking, or financial institution setting.

Proficient application development experience with a solid comprehension of digital solutions and Consumer Banking sectors is essential.

Candidates must be familiar with development tools and practices, including code review, build processes, packaging, and deployment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are necessary, along with the ability to interpret and work with intricate technical specifications.

Experience in collaborative work within a multi-disciplinary and matrixed environment is required.

Background in developing digital banking, financial services, or eCommerce applications is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

Applicants should possess strong knowledge and practical experience in several of the following areas:

Mobile Development: React Native, iOS, Android

Frontend: ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, Angular 2+, HTML5, CSS

Backend: Java/J2EE, Web Services, RESTful APIs, JSON

Full Stack Development: Experience is a significant plus

Digital Banking UX: Good grasp of mobile and web user experience

DevOps & CI/CD: Comprehensive experience with CI/CD toolchains and DevOps methodologies

Microservices & Kubernetes: Experience will be advantageous

Databases: MySQL, Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access

Software Engineering: Object-Oriented Programming, SDLC frameworks, and development methodologies

Automated Testing: Familiarity with tools such as JMeter, TOSCA, or equivalent is required

Experience with application build, packaging, deployment, and code review tools.
