Program Deployment Specialist (MSCT)

Position Overview:

• This role is integral to the design and development of dashboards and reporting sources stemming from MTSA, LUDP, SLQ, and various production systems. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to craft, develop, and manage diverse data or report requests. Responsibilities also include requirement gathering, performance analysis, and translating business reporting needs into Report or Dashboard formats. Additionally, the ability to create SQL databases from the ground up for analytics dashboards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accumulate and comprehend business requirements to establish functional specifications for reporting applications.
• Generate automated reports and dashboards utilizing a variety of reporting tools.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of business applications such as PowerBI, SQL, SAP, Qlik, and Excel to swiftly merge datasets for effective data mashups.
• Develop reports through automation using Power BI/Qlik tools for dashboards and reports.
• Gather requirements for projects and reports as necessary.
• Business Analysis - 50%
• Reports and Ad-hoc requests - 50%

Required Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of applicable experience.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analytics, databases, or a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, along with knowledge of Qlik, PowerBI (Analytic Tools), and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of source data and the ability to trace existing reporting logic back to their originating systems. Excellent problem-solving skills are a must.
• In-depth knowledge of relational, analytical, and multi-dimensional database architectures.
• Robust application development skills, including visualization, parameters, and support optimization.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with an understanding of both business and technical functions and processes.
• Good programming skills for database management and general software development.
