Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Formulate and execute recruitment strategies utilizing insights from the market
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job intake through to onboarding
• Utilize regional recruitment knowledge to assist in hiring for various locations
• Build a strong talent pipeline by nurturing connections with previous applicants and prospective candidates
• Creatively broaden recruitment avenues to attract passive talent
• Partner with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of recruitment requirements
• Ensure all approvals, reports, and documentation are completed in a timely manner

The People

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least 7 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or through a recruitment agency
• Outstanding communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders, are crucial
• Experience in international recruitment is a plus
• Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, with knowledge of diverse interview techniques and assessment strategies
• Adept at analyzing recruitment data to guide decision-making processes
• Experienced in creating talent databases and utilizing social media and professional networks
• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in both English and Cantonese
• Background in IT or technology-related sectors is preferred
