GPON Testing

Hello,

We are currently seeking candidates for an immediate opening in GPON Testing.

Essential Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication Engineering, Electronic Information, or a similar field.

2. A solid understanding of PON systems, including GPON, XGS-PON, and EPON, with knowledge of ONT, ONU, and OLT components.

3. Automation & Performance (3–5 years experience): Required expertise in Python automation frameworks, preferably the Robot Test framework. Familiarity with performance testing (S&P), traffic generation tools (Spirent, IXIA, etc.), and L2 forwarding test design/packet analysis is essential.

4. Alternative Routing: In the event that sourcing skilled GPON professionals proves difficult, candidates with robust L2 Forwarding (L2FWD) QA skills will be considered, with opportunities for internal training by Nokia to develop GPON knowledge.
