Senior IAM Engineer
Job Description
· overseeing application lifecycle management for our IAM solutions (Access Governance and Privileged Access Management), including integration with source and target systems
· managing operational services that encompass monitoring, patching, and backup processes
· accountable for the technical application maintenance of our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution
· providing 2nd and 3rd level support, engaging in problem management, and executing change and release management in accordance with ITIL standards
· conducting technical configuration, onboarding applications, and implementing general enhancements within our IGA solution
· collaborating with infrastructure operations teams on network, server, OS, and database issues, ensuring the timely organization of system maintenance and service windows
- guaranteeing timely patching and upgrades of the IAM solutions while managing backups
- advancing IT goals and objectives through various measures and projects
