Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Employment Type: 1 Year with Extension Possibility

Working Arrangement: On-site at Chulan Tower, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Level 13, No. 3 Jalan Conlay.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer support, engage with merchants, address inquiries, and maintain effective communication with clients.

Demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the Customer Allegiance Score (CAS).

Embrace a mindset geared towards continuous process enhancement.

Exhibit the ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common objectives.

Must be available for rotational shifts (24/7)
