Software Developer

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the development of SharePoint and Power Platform.

Certification as a Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate.

Possession of Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Certifications.

Design, develop, and sustain solutions within SharePoint and the Power Platform.

Create Power BI dashboards and management reports.

Develop workflow automation and business applications utilizing Microsoft 365 technologies.

Assist with system integration, data migration, and Data Mart projects.

Conduct testing, deployment, and provide production support.

Diagnose issues and apply system improvements.

Draft technical documentation and solution designs.

Facilitate project delivery and work collaboratively with business stakeholders.

Administration and development of Microsoft SharePoint Online.

Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).

Development solutions within Microsoft 365.

Skills in Power BI Data Modelling, DAX, and report/dashboard development.

Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and database administration.

Familiarity with data integration and ETL development.

Understanding of REST API, Microsoft Graph API, and system integration.

Knowledge of Data Mart and Data Warehouse concepts.

Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and web development.

Experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Source Code Management experience with Git and Azure DevOps.

Management of application release and deployment processes.

Experience in system testing, UAT, SIT, and production support.

Understanding of information security, IT governance, and compliance.

Competence in business analysis and requirements gathering.

Strong stakeholder management skills.
