This position requires both technical and managerial expertise.
Experience in SAP Data Migration throughout the complete migration lifecycle, which encompasses extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation.
Lead the SAP Data Migration team and manage the efforts of developers and consultants across various migration workstreams.
Take charge of migration planning, execution, monitoring, and problem-solving, with a focus on data quality and migration readiness.
Proven experience in conducting client-facing meetings and workshops, especially with IBM and end-client stakeholders.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, including reporting on status, identifying risks, managing dependencies, and handling escalations.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of delivery and independently lead the SAP data migration workstream.
