Project Support Specialist

Oversee, strategize, monitor, report, and execute a variety of project work packages across multiple initiatives within the Product and Services plan.

Ensure the successful delivery of project work packages in accordance with defined scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Manage the daily operations of the assigned project work package.

Effectively implement Cochlear's project management methodology while upholding project standards.

Guarantee that the outcomes of project work packages align with Cochlear's quality benchmarks.

Report any risks, issues, or changes related to project work packages to the project manager.

Track and report on the progress of project work package deliverables as instructed.

Independently oversee smaller project work packages when directed.

Collaborate with the project manager, engineers, vendors, or testing facilities to develop plans and monitor the advancement of project work packages.

Organize meetings and maintain a reporting system to plan and assess the progress of work package delivery.

Contributed to various product development projects.

Demonstrate a strong interest in engaging with diverse project types including systems, desktop software, mobile applications, firmware, and hardware projects across multiple disciplines.

Exhibit a keen interest in the field of project management.

Capable of working autonomously with minimal guidance.

Possess exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrate strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Have experience in a team-oriented product development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with project management principles.

Experience in managing projects within a regulated environment.

General understanding of product development and system design concepts.
