Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Data Strategy Analyst to contribute to the strategic formulation and execution of data and AI initiatives within our insurance sector.

The Data Strategy Analyst will be crucial in steering the company's future by utilizing data to inform strategic business choices. This role is essential for enhancing operational efficiency, enriching customer experiences, and promoting innovation throughout the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Strategic Development and Support: Collaborate in crafting and implementing the company’s Data strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Documentation Creation: Generate papers, presentations, executive summaries, and other strategic documents for both internal and external audiences.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare presentations and materials for critical forums and meetings, articulating complex data concepts to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with various teams to align data initiatives with business objectives, nurturing a culture of innovation and ongoing improvement.
• Performance Evaluation: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of data initiatives on business results.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated consultancy experience in data-centric roles.
• Knowledge of data governance and AI technologies. Familiarity with the insurance industry and large-scale data projects is beneficial. Experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools is a plus.
• An analytical mindset with robust problem-solving abilities, adept at tackling complex business challenges.
• Outstanding capability in preparing and presenting presentations and documents, conveying intricate technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
• A strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
